Pilates aims to improve the efficiency and control of our ‘normal’ movement, by targeting our trunk, spine, and motor control.
Pilates, as taught by our experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, can help to

Pilates suits all ages and fitness levels and here at KW Physio Tallaght we aim to tailor our classes to suit each person’s individual needs. Pilates is considered a low impact exercise and the pace of the class can be adapted to suit the level and capability of each participant.
Pilates can be particularly helpful for people with low back pain, those who are pregnant, new mothers, older individuals, and experienced sports people.
Classes here at Kiltipper Woods are held every Monday and Wednesday from evenings. Pilates Classes cost €10 per class or €55 when pre-paying for a six class block.
