Pilates at Kiltipper Woods is a gentle form of exercise that works on strengthening your body. The aim is to improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance. Exercises mostly take place on a mat and are suitable for all abilities. Our chartered physiotherapists are specially trained in pilates instruction and can offer individual as well as group pilates. Our pilates classes are limited to twelve people per class to ensure that you get the attention you need. Our pilates physiotherapy classes in Tallaght are suitable for people who have had pain or injury and are especially beneficial for people with low back pain.

When Attending Pilates
Wear loose and comfortable clothing.
Bring a mat and towel if you have one (we can provide mat if needed).
